Inspired by all things French, Le Festival Français is a two-day celebration of the food, wine, language and culture of France.

This year we embrace Francophonie cultures from around the

globe with the inclusion of traders and entertainment from French-speaking countries.

Market stalls, a food court, a dedicated kids' zone, roving entertainment and live music that all add to the atmosphere.

Soak up la belle vie in the picturesque gardens at The Heights.

It is a French comedy-drama about a long-divorced couple who reunite to annul their Catholic marriage, only for the bureaucratic task to spark unexpected emotions and family revelations.

It is a great pleasure to welcome the 2026 edition of the Alliance Française French Film Festival (AF FFF).

Last year, the festival reached a historic 199,000 admissions, confirming its place as one of Australia’s most vibrant and cherished cultural events and this will be the first year it has travelled to Geelong.

This success reflects both the passion of Australian audiences for French cinema and the dedication of the Alliances Françaises who bring the festival to life across the country.
